Air China

There is no refund penalty for normal price tickets and child tickets. S, B, H or K class tickets will be charged a 10% refund penalty. L, M, N or Q class tickets will be charged a 20% refund penalty.  T, X, U or E class tickets will be charged a 50% refund penalty.

China Eastern

Refunds applied for over 24 hours before departure will be charged a 5% penalty. Refunds applied for between 24 and 2 hours before departure will be charged a 10% penalty. Refunds applied for within 2 hours before departure will be charged a 20% penalty. Refunds applied for after departure will be charged a 50% penalty.

China Southern

For first class, business class and classes with discounts not more than 40% off, refunds applied for over 24 hours before departure will be charged a 5% penalty; refunds applied for between 24 and 2 hours before departure will be charged a 10% penalty; refunds applied for within 2 hours before departure will be charged a 20% penalty; refunds applied for after departure will be charged a 50% penalty. For Q, E or V class tickets, refunds applied for will be charged a 50% penalty.

Hainan Airlines

For normal-price tickets, child tickets and tickets with discounts not more than 10% off, refunds applied for both before and after departure will be charged a 5% penalty. For tickets with discounts between 10% and 20% off, refunds applied for both before and after departure will be charged a 10% penalty. For tickets with discounts between 45% and 20% off, refunds applied for both before and after departure will be charged a 20% penalty. For tickets with discounts more than 45% off, refunds applied for both before and after departure will be charged a 50% penalty.

Shandong Airlines

Normal price tickets and child tickets will be charged a 5% refund penalty. S, B, H or K class tickets will be charged a 10% refund penalty. L, M, N or Q class tickets will be charged a 20% refund penalty. T, X, U or E class tickets will be charged a 50% refund penalty.

Sichuan Airlines

For F, C, Y, T, K, H, M, G, S or L class tickets, refunds applied for over 24 hours before departure will be charged a 5% penalty; refunds applied for between 24 and 2 hours before departure will be charged a 10% penalty; refunds applied for within 2 hours before departure will be charged a 20% penalty; refunds applied after departure will be charged a 50% penalty. For Q, E or V class tickets, refunds applied for before departure will be charged a 20% penalty; refunds applied for after departure will be charged a 50% penalty. For R, J or I class tickets, refunds applied for before departure will be charged a 50% penalty; These tickets are non-refundable after departure.

Shenzhen Airlines

For tickets with discounts not more than 45% off, refunds applied for over 24 hours before departure will be charged a 5% penalty; refunds applied for between 24 and 2 hours before departure will be charged a 10% penalty; refunds applied for within 2 hours before departure will be charged a 20% penalty; refunds applied for after departure will be charged a 50% penalty. For tickets with discounts more than 45% off, refunds applied for before departure will be charged a 20% penalty; refunds applied for after departure will be charged a 50% penalty.

Shanghai Airlines

Refunds applied for over 24 hours before departure will be charged a 5% penalty. Refunds applied for between 24 and 2 hours before departure will be charged a 10% penalty. Refunds applied for within 2 hours before departure will be charged a 20% penalty. Refunds applied for after departure will be charged a 50% penalty.

Xiamen Airlines

For tickets with discounts of not more than 40% off, refunds applied for over 24 hours before departure will be charged a 5% penalty; refunds applied for between 24 hours and 2 hours before departure will be charged a 10% penalty; refunds applied for within 2 hours before departure will be charged a 20% penalty; refunds applied for after departure will be charged a 50% penalty. For tickets with discounts between 40% and 60% off, refunds applied for before departure will be charged a 20% penalty; refunds applied for after departure will be charged a 50% penalty.
